This Christmas Talent Competition is a show about performing for a purpose, because we are coming together showcasing talent, to provide families in need with Christmas gifts. I understand that this is what performing for a purpose is about. Coming together to help others, while showcasing my talent. The show will be held on December 3, 2022 from 5:00pm-9:00pm. *

PowerMax Company reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by PowerMax Company, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. PowerMax Company may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by PowerMax Company including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. All applications will be reviewed once the audition video along with the registration has been received. There will be no changes allowed once you submit your performance choice. If selected you will be asked to provide the backing track/music that you would like to be played for your performance.

Please write a short Bio that you would like to be read at the show if selected. The Bio should be no more than 3 sentences. *
